This policy outlines the guidelines for cancelling services or requesting refunds at LoanBridgeX.
LoanBridgeX does not charge any upfront application fees. Since no payments are made for initial evaluations, no refunds apply to the application phase.
If you have paid for a financial consultation with a LoanBridgeX expert, you may cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Fees for credit management services are charged for the effort and expertise provided by the LoanBridgeX team. Detailed refund eligibility for these services is provided in the specific service contract signed by the client.
Valid refund requests at LoanBridgeX are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
LoanBridgeX reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, misinformation, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
